Processing Specialist
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, this position provides administrative support for the Operations Department. This department is the first point of contact for most criminal research requests. These specialists perform a variety of detailed data entry duties, prepping jobs for the rest of the company. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Specimen Collection Technician
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Drug Screen Specialist, these employees perform specimen collections (urine) on-site with our high volume clientele. Most specimen collections are used to complete the pre-employment screening process conducted by Integrated Screening Partners. Duties include specimen collection, data entry, faxing, and some criminal research. Computer skills and customer service experience are required, bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
