Jeff Collins, President and Chief Executive Officer:
Mr. Collins has been with the company since its inception in 1994, first as a co-owner
and later purchasing all shares of the company from his then partner. He currently
remains the sole proprietor of the company. Mr. Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree (History/Pre-Law) from the University of Texas. He has held various roles
in sales and marketing, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Prime
Tempus, an asset management company. Mr. Collins went on to become Vice President
of ProMesa Enterprises, Inc. and subsequently President and CEO.
Edwin Medearis,Chief Operations Officer:
Mr. Medearis joined Integrated Screening Partners in 2005 and is responsible for
leading and managing the various service departments of ISP. Mr. Medearis is licensed
as a Private Investigator Manager. Mr. Medearis received a Bachelor of Science degree
(Psychology) from Louisiana State University and Master’s Degree in Sociology
from Prairie View A&M University. He then provided service in the Psychiatric Health
Care industry for seven years which included direct service delivery and supervisory
roles. Prior to joining ISP Mr. Medearis served as the Director of Residential Services
for the Juvenile Probation Department in Austin, Texas. He held 8 other positions
during his 12 year tenure with the Juvenile Probation Department. Mr. Medearis has
also been an Adjunct Sociology Instructor at Austin Community College.
Barbara Bowman, Chief Financial Officer:
Ms. Bowman joined Integrated Screening Partners in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing
financial operations of the company. Ms. Bowman is a Certified Public Accountant
and has over 15 years of experience as a CFO/Controller in various companies and
industries.
Deborah Sorchevich, Director Public Records Research:
Ms. Sorchevich joined Integrated Screening Partner in 2011. Prior to joining ISP,
she has held management positions with several companies for more than 20 years.
While engaged in the background screening field, she has held Private Investigator
Licenses in California, Nevada and New Jersey. Deborah has spent more than 12 years
in the background screening industry with a particular focus on Vendor and Operations
Management. She has experience with creating benchmarks, setting goals, defining
expectations for management. Deborah’s education qualifications are Bachelor
of Arts in History and Political Science from Purdue University and Juris Doctor
from the University of San Francisco.
